Buckhead Cosmetic & Family Dentistry
The BCFD Experience
We believe the best form of referral is word of mouth so we strive to provide extraordinary service to our patients. We preach and practice the idea of building lifelong personal relationships with our patients and their families, with the hopes of becoming a permanent part of their circle of trust.
Our mission at Buckhead Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is to provide dental care with the same service that you would experience at world-class and first-class hotels and resorts, without sparing any attention to detail.
Once you contact our office and reserve your new patient consultation visit, we then provide you with brief information regarding our office and direct you to fill out your new patient information form on our website at the comfort of your home, or if you wish to do that on the day of your visit we will be more than glad to assist you.
On the day of your consultation, our patient concierge welcomes you warmly and kindly into our office and ensures that you will be invited back to meet with the doctor in a timely manner. You will be offered a beverage of your choice to help keep you at ease.
Then you will be invited back to one of our nonclinical consultation rooms for our doctors where you will be able to meet with your doctor and share information regarding your visit. Our goal is to keep the uniqueness of each patient’s needs in mind and to make sure that we provide them with the best treatment options and solutions. We will make sure to inquire about your possible need for anxiety relief with the use of sedatives, such as the use of nitrous oxide or any form of oral or IV sedation. By inviting you to voice your true needs, wishes, and fears it allows us to help keep you more comfortable and calm during your possible uneasiness.
We then may take some records such as dental X-rays, 3D-imaging, intra oral, and regular pictures and then finalize your treatment plan. You will be treated with the same respect and kindness that we show towards our own family during the finalization process of your treatment plan.
